Katie is one of Successif's coaches and specialises in working with advisees to overcome internal hurdles and develop the mindset required to switch into a high impact role. Previously, Katie spent over 10 years in the start-up, tech and non-profit sectors, most recently as a people manager and internal coach at the Centre for Effective Altruism. Before that, she was a professional community builder for Google, Pinterest, Nike and others. She also manages her own private coaching practice and enjoys attending and facilitating workshops and retreats.
